The Cursor Machine ID Generator is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary for the operation of our service:

• Generated UUIDs are not stored or tracked
• No personal information is collected or stored
• Basic analytics data for site improvement (via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand user behavior and improve our service. This includes:

• Page views and interactions
• Device and browser information
• Geographic location (country level only)
• Session duration and navigation patterns

You can opt-out of analytics tracking using browser extensions or built-in privacy features.

Data Storage

Our service operates entirely client-side:

• Generated IDs are not stored on our servers
• No databases are used to store user information
• No cookies are used except those required for analytics

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics for usage statistics
• Microsoft Clarity for user experience insights
• Vercel for hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy and data collection practices.
